Module 3 – Documentation

Module 3 is process which includes documentation of respective ISO Management system based on the identification done during Module 2.

The documentation included:

  • Manual Designing based on the business process.
  • Developing policy and procedure, Risk assessment etc
  • Developing Form and Records.

Result : Creates a uniformity in performing as task regardless of who has done it. Which enables systematic approach and practice all through organisation.

Module 4 – Implementation

Module 4 Implementation is a process which enables the company to practice documentation developed in Module 3 with assistance of an Vegas Expert.

Module 5 – Internal Audit and MRM

Internal audit and MRM is heart of the consultancy process where the validation of Module 4 is carried out to test the level of implementation.

Result : Now the organisation would identify the devastation from actual process and to rectify it for continual improvement. Internal audit can done every 6moths for betterment.

Module 6 – Non conformance Closure

In Module 6 the company would chose to set the corrective and preventive action for the Non-conformance raised during the internal audit and ready 3rd ISO certification Audit.

Result : Corrective and prevention action are kept in practise & Readiness for the certification Audit.

Module 7 – Certification Audit

The process of validation and verification of the all the 5 Module by a third party certification agency to ensure the organisation meets the respective ISO standard requirements.

Result : On successful completion of 2 stages of audit organisation would obtain ISO certification.
