Registration and payment deadline is two weeks prior to the opening date of each course.

 

TRANSFERS OR CHANGES

Attendees may transfer their registration to other participants or transfer their payment to other courses 30 days prior to the course. Registration Transfers must be submitted in writing to contact@vegascg.com. There will be a 15% administrative fee applied to each registration transfer or changes. Registration Transfers or changes are not allowed within 30 days of the course start date.

 

DISCOUNTS

Early Bird Registration: 10% discount applies for registrations paid 30 days prior to the class start date.

Group: 5% per person discount applies when 2 or more employees from the same organization register for the same class.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the class start date in order to receive a refund, minus a 15% administrative fee. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to contact@vegascg.com. Cancellations are not allowed within 30 days of the course start date.
